URGENT: Change of time for Leadership Training Course for Sixers/Seconds

Dear all,
Since some of you have told me that you cannot arrive as early as 12:00 noon, I’d like to propose breaking up each session into 2 halves i.e. 1:30-3:00pm and 6:30-8:00pm. In this case, you’ll have to settle your lunch before arriving at Room 102 of the College for attending the course.
As it’s very unlikely that we’ll offer a similar course again in the rest of the year, we hope you can make every effort to come. Absence for one half-session or at most one whole session (2 half sessions on the same day) with good reason can be excused. If you still haven’t sent me the consent form, your prompt action will be most highly appreciated.
As Ariel and Yin Chun was absent for the first session last time, could you join us and take the first session only on 20 Sep this Sat (1:30-3:00pm and 6:30-8:00pm)? For Cheuk Yin, Chun Ming, Cho Yin and Lok Sze, you are also requested to compensate for your absence for the last session on 25 Oct (1:30-3:00pm and 6:30-8:00pm)! Please also send me back a signed consent form and mark the date of the make-up session you need to come. Ariel+Wing Man and Cho Yin are also reminded to submit your training folder and book report respectively this Saturday.
Please attend all sessions punctually and remember to check your emails between sessions, regulary, particularly on the day before a session.

Notice of Leadership Training Course for Sixers/Seconds

Dear Sixers and Seconds who haven’t joined the Summer Training Course in July ‘08,
We’re going to launch another leadership training course in the coming Saturday early afternoons for those who have missed it last time. Kindly ask your parent to sign the consent form after reading the notice attached and send me the scanned copy via email, with cc to Kwok Sir and Madam Claudia, not later than 12:00 noon this Wednesday (17 Sep), if you wish to join the course.

We will have our meeting in HKUGA college this Saturday. Attached is the rundown.
Please note the following:
1. SPL/PL/APL meeting
SPLs, PLs and APLs to assemble at 3 pm. Other scouts assemble at 4 pm. Please be punctual.
2. Personal Information Sheet personal_information_sheet
If you have not submitted the form last Saturday, please do so this week.
3. Orientation Camp on 4, 5 Oct o-campparent-form-oct08
This is a good opportunity to know one another. Fill in the form and bring it back.

This form is to be updated and maintained till you leave the scout troop. Please print it out and bring it with you. We will let you know what to do.
The old 229th scouts who have the form with him/her, please bring it back.

6. Scout Rally consent___20080909_scout-rally
Refer to the attached for details. Submit the form if you would like to join.
7. Entrance fee ($800) and annual fee ($800)
If you have not submitted the cheque, do so this Saturday. HKUGA students will pay the annual fee only. The cheque is to be made payable to “香港童軍229旅”.
