Please note the following and mark your schedule:
1. 22 Nov - Service
Service for Tung Wah Group Home for the Aged Sports Day. There will be two shifts. The morning shift will start at 8am. Details will be announced later.
2. 6 Dec - Investiture Ceremony
New members will do the investiture. SPLs/PLs/APLs will be officially appointed. All are expected to be present.
3. 14 Dec - Sports Day
4. 26-28 Dec - Christmas Camp
Reserve the three days for Christmas camp

Please read the following carefully and take action:
1. Night Walk on 14 Nov (Friday)
Scouts who meet EITHER of the following criteria can join the night walk:
- F.3 or above
- Got Vogager Badge
Joining this activity will enable you to fulfil Item 1 of 歷險 of Challenger Badge.

2. Meeting for other scouts on 15 Nov (Saturday)
Scouts who are not joining the night walk will have activity in Causeway Bay. Note the details:
Assembly time: 4 pm
Assembly place : Hong Kong Central Library (entrance)
Attire: Scout Uniform
What to bring: CAMERA, mobile phone, money and water
Dismissal : 6 pm at Central Library
Duty Leader: Alvin Yong and Victor Ling
3. Action to be taken
Scouts - to decide which activity to join and inform your PL by Tuesday (11 Nov)
PL - inform Kwok Chung Hei the lists of scouts joining the two activities by Wednesday (12 Nov)
SPL - inform me the final lists of scouts joining the activities by Thursday (13 Nov)

You must submit the form this week.
2. Rundown for this Saturday meeting_program_081108
We will have activities according to the different scout skill levels according to the Progressive Badge scheme.

call your members about the level they would join, then advise Asta

summarize and let me have the name list by Friday.
3. Green Scout Member Record booklet
Starting from this Saturday, the Scout Member Record will be considered as one of the uniform items to be checked. That means you always have to bring it with you to scout meeting.

Attire : Full Scout Uniform
Report to Mo sir / duty SPL upon arrival.
Transportation will be arranged for the afternoon shift scouts to go to HKUGA College.

The arrangement for this Saturday will be:
Lion, Tiger and Panther Patrols
The scouts will meet in HKUGA College at the usual time.
It should be Wolf Patrol’s turn to be the duty patrol. Since they will have hiking, Lion Patrol will be the duty patrol this week. Sir McDouall will lead the activities.
Duty SPL: Jonathan Kwok
Deer, Eagle and Wolf Patrols
The scouts of these patrols will do mini-hiking.
Assembly time : 15:00
Assembly place: Aberdeen
Refer to the attached notice prepared by Lai sir for details. mini-hiking-20082 He will lead the hiking.

The 6 patrols will be in 2 groups this week having different activities. One group will go hiking in Aberdeen area and the other will stay in HKUGA College. The two groups will then swap activities on 25 Oct.
