Before, enrolling to become a scout, please take some time to browse through the gallery or our articles and take a look at our troop’s activities and people. Or even better, spend some time and come to one of our gatherings and meet with some of the instructors and familiarise yourself with the environment.
Due to the special nature of the troop, only HKUGA and OGA members’ children are entitled to enroll. A scout has to be responsible and we expect the best from any newcomers. Are you prepared to undertake various responsibilities, experience the rewarding position of leadership and eager to learn new friends?
Enrolment Process
- Use the contact form below to contact us. Please state the age of your potential scout. The email you give is private and we will only use it to contact you.
- After receiving the email you sent using the internet contact form in (1), we will reply to you and ask you to send us an email or fax containing the completed application form.
- Download and fill out either:
- an English application form; or
- 一份 中文報名表格.
- After receiving your application form or shortly thereafter, we will contact you as to the place, time and date of the interview to be held with the intended scout. We usually hold interviews in June each year.

hi there,
my friend’s kids are currently members of the troop, and she recommends my kids to join also… the age of my two kids is 4 and 1 respectively, and we would like them to join next year, i.e. september 2009… may i know when do we need to submit the application form, please?

Hello,
A number of my old, old college-mates have given positive comments on your troop and I would like to submit an application on behalf of my six-and-a-half years old daughter. I shall therefore be grateful to hear further from you regarding submission of the application form and on any further steps to be taken for the intended enrolment application.
