This notice is for weewee/grasshopper/cub Scout/scout/venture scout members who

- will move from existing section (eg Cub Scout) to a new section (eg Scout) in Sept 2010, or

- are applying for the post of Sixer/Second/PL/APL/SPL in Sept 2010.

為紀念灣仔區五十周年這歷史性的時刻及培養區內童軍成員對設計與創作的興趣，本區特別舉行灣仔區五十周年紀念特刊──封面設計比賽，參加者除有機會獲得獎項外，其作品或其設計理念亦將有機會被採用為紀念特刊之封面。詳情請按此。

22 May 2010 (Saturday)
No meeting
 
23 May 2010 (Sunday)
Assembly Time : 10:15 am
Dress code: casual wear or uniform in the morning, full uniform after the performance in the afternoon
Lunch: to be provided by the scout group, BRING YOUR OWN EATING WARE
 
Rundown:
10:45 to 11:25 am -  rehearsal
12:00 to 12:55 pm – lunch (provide by 229 Group)

12:55 to 15:02 pm -  full rehearsal

2:30 to 4:00 pm – anniversary performance
4:00 to 4:30 pm – tea
4:30 to 6:00 pm – Annual General Meeting
6:00 to 6:30 pm – clearing and packing
6:30 to 6:45 pm – going to HKU by coach (provide by 229 Group)
7:00 to 9:00 pm – dinner cum award presentation
 
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE
- There will be free time between rehearsals, bring your school assignments to do or books to read if you wish to.
- Make sure you wear or bring the whole set of scout uniform on Sunday.
- Invite your parents to come in the afternoon.
- Some awards will be presented at dinner.  They will not be given to awardees who are absent.
- Bring your own eating ware for lunch.

Please see attached  rundown-26_20100508 prepared by Mdm Peggy, who will be the leader-in-charge for this coming gathering. Please take note of the items to bring and submit as outlined in the rundown notice.

Sixers / seconds training will be cancelled this coming Saturday, please come at around 3:30pm to prepare for the flagpole building and other matters. Training session will be back to normal next week.
