祝賀孫旅長 – DISTINGUISHED SERVICE MEDAL 功績榮譽獎章

致：各位親愛的港島229旅領袖、家長及青少年成員

 我懷著極興奮的心情告訴大家一個喜訊。我們的前任旅長孫慧玲女士榮獲香港童軍總會頒授「功績榮譽獎章DISTINGUISHED SERVICE MEDAL」(見附圖) -  Distinguished Service Medal。

 

頒授獎章儀式將於2011 年10月30日（星期日）上午在香港大球場舉行之「香港童軍大會操」中進行。

二十五年來，孫旅長對229旅的奉獻及培育青少年的成就有目共睹。為了229旅，她放棄事業晉昇的機會。她在幕後盡心盡力，付出的時間和精神鮮為人知。過往數年，我有幸能為孫旅長當副手，亦有機會理解她的因難和挑戰。可以肯定是「沒有孫旅長多年的奉獻便沒有今天的229旅」，這「功績榮譽獎章」實至名歸。

 讓我們一起祝賀孫旅長！有空的話，請於10月30日觀禮。

Swimming Gala – Car Park

Dear All,

We have some parking coupons, $10 each for 8 hours, which you can park at Composite Building car park (Haking Wong Building car park). This car park is about 1,000 metres from the Flora Ho Sports Centre. Walking takes about 10 minutes, taking a green minibus cost $5.

In case you are interest, please drop me an email to confirm (sammy@logisticssystem.com), first come first serve. I will confirm by return email

Swimming Gala (9 Oct) – Rundown

至各童軍成員/家長/領袖 :

1. Please find attached rundown for this Sun (9 Oct) – Swimming-Gala-Rundiown-2011.

2. There will be no gather on this Sat (8 Oct).

3. Dress code : 229 yellow T-shirt

4. Don’t enter into the parking space unless you have been informed of parking space allocation.

5. Please change your shoes to a pair of clean slippers when entering into the pool area.

6. Helpers are expected to arrive at 12:15

7. All (parents and scout members) are expected to arrive at 12:30

8. 如活動舉行前3小時，天文台發出黃色暴雨警告、雷暴警告（發生於HKU Sports Centre所在地區）、懸掛3 號或以上風球，活動將取消。若雷暴警告（發生於其他地區）則活動如常進行。請留意229網頁公佈）。

Dear All Scouter / Parents,

I am please to introduce you the 2011-2012 swimming gala will be held on 9 Oct (Sun) from 12:00 to 18:00. Full detail and enrollment form can be find in the attached - SG-Consent+Enrolment Form 2011.

All scout member/parents are encouraged to join the event. The form shall be submitted to your section leader on or before 24 Sep. Late submission will NOT be entertained.
